What is included in a fixed price?
The applications, applicants, document work, employer coordination, appointments and accompaniments named in the written scope. Normal supplementary-document coordination remains within the same scope.
What creates a new quote?
A different employer, occupation, route, applicant or application; late or expired documents; disputed cancellation; non-Shanghai work; or new translation, authentication and travel requirements.
Are government and third-party costs marked up?
No. They are separated from the professional fee and paid at actual cost after approval.
